The State is pushing comprehensive digitalization: from property identification, land data standardization, to transaction transparency. Alongside this, the wealthy class is growing rapidly, creating an increasingly evident need for professional portfolio management.

However, the market is still lacking tools that truly match this need. Investors owning 3–5 properties still manage manually through Excel, paper records, or even memory. That is precisely the whitespace ViBDS is committed to filling.
