1. Introduction

ViBDS helps individuals digitize and manage personal real-estate portfolios. By using the service, users accept these terms.

2. Service scope

ViBDS supports property profiles, portfolio value tracking, rental cash flow, mortgages, and related documents.

3. Use conditions

Users must have legal capacity, provide accurate information, and only manage assets they own or are authorized to manage.

4. Account security

Users are responsible for protecting credentials and notifying ViBDS when unauthorized access is suspected.

5. Intellectual property

Design, source code, brand, and system assets belong to ViBDS and may not be commercially reused without permission.

6. Liability limits

ViBDS is not responsible for user investment decisions. During beta, the product may change to improve the experience.

7. Fees

The beta version is currently free. Pricing for the official release will be announced before it applies.
