This policy explains how ViBDS collects, uses, and protects user personal data.

2. Data collected

Account details, user-entered property data, cash-flow records, loan data, legal documents, and technical data needed to operate the service.

3. Use of data

Data is used to provide features, support users, send financial reminders, improve the product, and protect the platform.

4. Sharing

ViBDS does not sell or rent personal data. Data is shared only with infrastructure providers or competent authorities when legally required.

5. Security

Data is protected through secure transport, access control, and monitoring processes appropriate for beta operation.

6. Retention and deletion

Data is kept while accounts are active. Deletion requests are processed within 30 days unless legal retention duties apply.

7. User rights

Users may access, correct, or request deletion of personal data. ViBDS responds within 72 business hours.
